Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products.

Because many products are handmade or individually customized, slight differences may occur between:

These variations are part of the customization and production process.

Pricing

Prices are displayed on the website or provided through a custom quote.

Pricing may vary based on:

Custom Quotes

Payment

Payment is required according to the terms presented at checkout or included with a custom quote.

Production may be delayed until required payment has been received.

Custom Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing custom proofs carefully.

Approval confirms that you have reviewed the applicable:

• Text

• Names

• Dates

• Spelling

• Colors

• Design

• Layout

• Personalization

Once a design has been approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

Changes requested after approval may require additional payment.

Customer-Supplied Artwork, Logos + Photos

When you submit a logo, photograph, artwork, phrase, graphic, or other material for use in a project, you represent that you have the right or permission to use that material for the requested purpose.

PersoNEAlized may decline a project when there are concerns about intellectual-property rights, inappropriate content, production limitations, or other business considerations.

Submission of a design does not require PersoNEAlized to reproduce it.

Inspiration Images

Customers are welcome to provide inspiration images to communicate:

• Style

• Theme

• Colors

• Layout preferences

• General direction

Inspiration images are treated as references.

PersoNEAlized may create an original interpretation rather than reproducing another creator's design exactly.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content and original PersoNEAlized materials, including original:

• Text

• Graphics

• Branding

• Photography

• Designs

• Digital resources

remain the property of PersoNEAlized or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a product does not automatically transfer intellectual-property or commercial-use rights.

Digital Products

Digital products are intended for the use described with the individual product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product does not grant permission to:

• Resell it

• Redistribute it

• Share the files publicly

• Claim it as your own creation

• Use it commercially

DIY Party Studio

DIY Party Studio provides planning and creative support for customers organizing their own celebrations.

Depending on the package purchased, services may include:

• Theme development

• Color direction

• Inspiration or vision boards

• Shopping lists

• Planning guidance

• Suggested party details

• Personalized digital materials

DIY Party Studio is not full-service event planning, event coordination, venue management, catering, decorating, or day-of event execution unless specifically stated otherwise in a purchased package.

Product availability, retailer pricing, shipping, and third-party purchases recommended in a shopping guide can change and are outside PersoNEAlized's control.

Bulk + Group Orders

Customers placing group or bulk orders are responsible for confirming:

• Quantities

• Sizes

• Names

• Titles

• Spelling

• Colors

• Other individual personalization details

before production.

Changes after production begins may require additional charges or may not be possible.

Order Acceptance

Submitting payment does not obligate PersoNEAlized to complete an order that:

• Cannot reasonably be produced

• Contains prohibited or unlawful content

• Presents intellectual-property concerns

• Contains a material pricing or listing error

• Cannot be completed within an agreed time-sensitive deadline

If we must decline an order before production begins, applicable payments will be addressed accordingly.

Cancellations, Returns + Refunds

Cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns + Refunds Policy.

Shipping and processing matters are governed by our Shipping + Processing Policy.

Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website operational and accurate.

We cannot guarantee that every feature, product, price, image, or service will always be available without interruption or error.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PersoNEAlized is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, third-party service interruptions, or customer-provided errors.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically as our products, services, or business practices evolve.
